Payment and Refund Terms
By proceeding with your booking, you agree to our payment and refund terms:
1. Force Majeure: Refunds will be granted for cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events that prevent your stay. Valid documentation may be required.
2. Double Charging: In cases of accidental double charging on your card, please provide proof of the duplicate transaction. We will process a full refund for the duplicate payment.
3. System Errors: If a payment error occurs on our end, resulting in incorrect charges or failed booking confirmations, you will be entitled to a full refund or booking correction at no additional cost.
For all other cancellations, our standard cancellation policy applies. Please review before completing your reservation.
Refund Policy: Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 2–5 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 2 days before check-in are non-refundable.
